Carpenter

London Residential are looking to hire a full time Carpenter to work on either a full time employed (PAYE) or a self employed basis (CIS).

5 years relevant experience is required with references needed for the last two years.

The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills but it is essential that they have good start to finish general building knowledge.

Whilst Carpentry is the main skill we are asking for, it would also be advantageous to have some experience in the below areas.

Carpentry

Tiling

Basic Painting and decorating including plastering

Laying flooring

Fitting Shower Screens, bath panels, fixing toilets - general bathroom maintenance.

Rendering plastering

You must have a valid UK or EU driving license.

Must have own tools and transport however a van or an allowance can be provided for the right candidate.

Carpenter required for work across our busy residential portfolio of flats and houses in the North London area. The successful candidate will be able to work well on their own and within a larger team. Jobs and administration will be handled by our in house Property Management team and therefore strong communication skills are essential.

Successful candidates will be invited to an interview in Camden, followed by a week long trial working alongside another member from within the team.
