Handyman

RUE Group are looking to hire a full time Multi-Trade Handyman to work on either a full time employed (PAYE) or a self employed basis (CIS).

3 years relevant experience is required with references needed for the last two years.

The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills but it is essential that they are strong in the areas of painting and decorating.

Skills required will include the below:

Basic electrics.

Basic non gas plumbings.

Tiling

Basic Painting and decorating including plastering

Laying flooring

Fitting Shower Screens, bath panels, fixing toilets - general bathroom maintenance.

Basic plumbing i.e. Waste pipes, ability to plumb in a washing machine

Rendering plastering

Fixing / replacing Locks

You must have a valid UK or EU driving license.

Must have own tools and transport however a van or an allowance can be provided for the right candidate.

Handyman required for work across our busy residential portfolio of flats and houses in the North London area. The successful candidate will be able to work well on their own and within a larger team. Jobs and administration will be handled by our in house Property Management team and therefore strong communication skills are essential.

Successful candidates will be invited to an interview in Camden, followed by a week long trial working alongside another Handyman from within the team.
